About North House

North House is a collection of private consulting rooms for psychotherapists and other clinicians, set within a Victorian terrace in North Melbourne.

It was established with an attention to the particular conditions of clinical work: privacy, quiet, continuity and a space in which both practitioner and client can feel at ease.

We also believe that the physical character of a consulting room matters. Natural light, proportion, material, art and the feeling of privacy around an hour all contribute to the atmosphere in which the work takes place.

The rooms at North House have been furnished individually rather than as conventional offices. Each has its own character, while sharing a quiet and considered approach to the clinical setting.
